One of the things mentioned by retired athletes about what they miss about this sport is 'friendship locker-room' which provides sports. As an athlete you're hanging out in public support for the sport with friends and colleagues who think the same. All shares of common purpose and passion in life. It's not uncommon for relationships outside the field of sport for sport's personal life and this can cause the life span of an athlete's sport and its contacts.
So what happens when athletes retire? Do they live in community sport? Lots and continues to be a coach and mentor. Some survive and even come out of retirement. I know because I did that, twice!
Many athletes, including college athletes, sports people leave to pursue new goals and careers. How they can create that same feeling of friendship that encourage and support them in sports?
I not think too much about the support network when I leave the sport. In fact, I often proud of my independence and all my goals achieved all his own. Now I see how I keep from re-creating the success outside of sports. You see, do not take the support network to achieve the dream of most. Nothing really good is not alone. All the great achievements made through teamwork.
It may be required to be pro-active in creating new networks of friends and like-minded people who can relate to new careers and interests. Mingling with people who believe that support you and your dream. As you grow and develop even you may find that you cope with some friends and make new ones. Currently you probably have people in your immediate circle who shoot down ideas and goals. They often have the best interests at heart and could not possibly want you to risk failure. As an athlete, you know that the more you fail the more you will succeed.

How many times we've been to sporting events and we see the athletes or the athletes seem to slow down because of fatigue? There are things an athlete must do to keep their bodies from injury and so they can perform at peak levels. Every athlete should consume lots of carbohydrates to provide energy during their performances. They also consume a good amount of protein to help them build strong, lean muscles. But many of the most important, athletes should drink water.
Before the event means that athletes will want to eat a high carbohydrate and low fat. Carbohydrates are the fuel for your body. You'll want to eat enough carbohydrates to keep you going. Studies have shown that an athlete should get approximately 60% of their energy from carbohydrates. Fresh fruit, cereal, bread, vegetables, and pasta are good sources of carbohydrates. Do not eat or drink anything sweet. It won't increase your energy level. They are difficult to digest and will drain your energy in the long term. You'll want you to eat several hours before the event so that your food has time to digest and convert into energy.
After event, you'll want to eat a balanced diet with carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Athletes need protein, especially after the events to help their muscles grow and become stronger. A good way to get the added protein is whey protein isolate drink supplements. Whey protein to build muscle. Easily digested whey protein isolate compared with soy-based supplement to the journal-based. A pure isolates also contained 90% protein and less fat and carbohydrates than concentrates. You can also find protein in meats, fish, eggs, beans, and peanuts.

One of the painful metatarsalgia conditions, otherwise often referred leg pain in the ball.
Athletes can obtain the condition of metatarsalgia by introducing too much pressure on the metatarsal bones continue to beat their heads with the same regardless of footwear they use. It is important that athletes wear the correct sports shoes that provide adequate cushion from the constant pounding on hard surfaces such as roads, asphalt, concrete and other hard surfaces such as hardwood floor.
